I trained for 3-4 hours a week at Ajax when I was little, but I played 3-4 hours everyday in the streets. So where do you think I learnt football?”

Why Rivers Edge Sports Club?

“I have observed over the past several years - the Rivendell Academy community and the surrounding towns, have a group of athletes that, given the opportunity, would welcome a spring club soccer team. Luckily a great group of local people came together and put their support and energy behind it. We took the leap of faith and created Rivers Edge SC.

After our first year, it became apparent that we could do more for young athletes by expanding and becoming a sports club as opposed to only a soccer club.”
